Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Lead Generation & Events Manager to own and execute demand generation campaigns, events, and programs that fuel the sales pipeline. This role will focus on designing and executing integrated lead gen campaigns, managing in-person and virtual events, and ensuring marketing efforts convert into measurable opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving leads through multi-channel campaigns and managing end-to-end event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid media, webinars, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs.
- Partner with sales to align campaigns with pipeline needs, target accounts, and conversion goals.
- Build lead nurture programs (drip campaigns, retargeting, etc.) to accelerate the buyer’s journey.
- Monitor, track, and optimize campaign performance metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution).
- Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Events Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events (conferences, tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, sponsorships).
- Own the logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and promotion strategy for all events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, execs) to maximize event ROI.
- Develop pre-event promotion, onsite engagement activities, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
- Track event ROI, including lead volume, pipeline generated, and closed deals attributed
